Satisfied or refunded

Dear Luztique,

After receiving your order, you have a period of 15 days if the model is not suitable, to return your purchases to us against a refund.
The costs of returning your order are at your expense.

If you wish to be reimbursed, simply return the product(s) legibly surrounded on your invoice to the following address:

LUZ COLLECTIONS 7 rue Guichard, 75016 Paris.

Any return with an uncompleted invoice will not be taken into account.

We recommend that you make a return with a tracking number to ensure the proper receipt of it.

The refund period is a maximum of 10 days from receipt of the package.

If you want a different model, another color, or a new size just order again on our e-shop.

You can also make your refund or exchange in our shop. It will be done via the payment module of our e-shop and not in cash or on your credit card directly.

During sales, we do not refund sale items, only exchanges or credits are possible.
