La marque Luz Collections s’associe à Elodie Garamond, fondatrice Du Tigre Yoga Club pour organiser une journée dédiée au bien-être, le dimanche 16 Octobre 2022 à 30 mins de Paris dans le sublime château de Champlatreux.
Une journée complète rythmée par deux cours de Yoga, un grand déjeuner healthy, un yoga facial, de la méditation, une conférence donnée et une consultation tarologie.
PROGRAMME:
Avec la prise du pass « wellness au château » - une tenue LUZ (d'une valeur de 160€ ) est offerte pour une pratique optimale et un mois d’abonnement offert à Le Tigre Yoga Play.

Program :
Welcome at 9:30am: Arrival of participants
9:30am: Naturopathy conference with Eliane from The Frenchy Glow
10:15/10:45: Introduction to the WIM HOF experience
10:50/11:20: Guided breathing to music
11:30am: Ice bath* with Caroline Arditti**
12H - 13H30: Lunch
1:30 pm: Clarins cryotherapy workshop
2:30 pm: Hypnosis with Fabio on mastering the body and our emotions
4 p.m.: End of day
