Une journée complète rythmée par deux cours de Yoga, un grand déjeuner healthy, un yoga facial, de la méditation, une conférence donnée et une consultation tarologie.

Sunday, October 16, 2022, 30 minutes from Paris, at the Château de Champlatreux.
A full day punctuated by two yoga classes and one pilates class, a big healthy lunch, meditation
meditation, a conference and a tarot reader.

9h: Departure point Place du Trocadéro
9h45: Arrival at Champlatreux / Welcome Smoothie
10h: Yoga class with Laure Dary
11h15: Pilates class
12:30: Self-confidence conference
1:30 pm: Vegan Brunch
3:30 pm: Facial Yoga class
