1) What is your philosophy of life?

I live of discoveries and travels, I constantly question myself and I do my best to always stay true to my values and principles. I strive to remain optimistic in any situation... even in outdoor shooting, not being very covered when it is 5 degrees ;)

2) What are your healthy / eco- friendly tips that you would like to share with us?

I am attentive to my body and my desires, so if I crave chocolate (which often happens) I do not deprive myself but I do not go into excess either. I love to cook, which also allows me to have control over the food I eat. I do a lot of sports, it's my method to clear my head, let go of the tensions and small frustrations of everyday life.

3) What's your secret to keeping fit?

My ritual to start the day well... I wash my face, then I take out my little dog. Meanwhile my darling prepares my hazelnut milk coffee and a bowl of oatmeal with seasonal fruit. Truth be told, he is the one who gives me the tools to keep fit.

4) What are your inspirations for your blog La plume de Jade?

I am inspired by everyday life. I write my articles only on what interests and fascinates me. I like to share my tips, especially for travel.

5)An eco-responsible attitude What do you like to do or what would you like to do?

I am very careful about my electricity consumption and recycle every day. It saddens me when I see how much we are deteriorating our beautiful planet and I think that if we each made more effort, it could change the game.

6) In a few words can you describe Luz?

I would say luz is the aesthetics and comfort combined. Luz knew how to highlight the female body while being ultra pleasant!
