1) What is your philosophy of life?

My philosophy of life: doing what makes me happy. It's a bit cliché, but I think we force ourselves a lot to do things that we don't like. I like to live with passion, work with passion. I try to really follow my desires, and to give myself small happiness as often as possible. Take the time to see the people who really matter, eat what I love, kiss my husband too much, walk longer than expected because the sun is out.

2) What are your healthy / eco- friendly tips that you would like to share with us?

It's not really "good deals" but we try with my husband, to eat healthy. We are two gourmets and we love to treat ourselves, nevertheless quality always comes before quantity. The meat industry has changed so much in recent years that we are trying to limit meat and milk, and pay attention to where they come from. Food is our fuel and acts on everything: health and even morale, I am all the more attacking now that I am pregnant! The report "What the health" in particular helps to understand the importance of changing our habits.

3) What is your secret to being in a good mood?

There are plenty of little things: it can start with a good shower, play with my dog, stay 10 minutes more under the duvet.

4) An eco-responsible attitude What do you like to do or What would you like to do?

Sort your waste! The basics.

5) What are your inspirations for your blog?

My blog reflects my life. I try to propose different projects than others, tell the story behind a look, easy ways to feel feminine. I like the know-how, the French brands with beautiful heritages, I try to put all this forward but always with lightness. French chic inspurates me a lot even if I do not fully master it by my Californian bi-culture. But always quality and not quantity. Inspire and be inspired by beautiful stories, passionate people and creativity!

6) In What words can you describe Luz .

Glamorous, feminine, Parisian line and committed ;)
