After receiving your order, you have a period of 15 days if the model is to suitable, to return your purchases against a refund. The costs of returning your order are at your expense. 

If you want to be reimbursed, simply return the product(s) surrounded legibly on your invoice at the following address :

Any return with an uncompleted invoice will not be taker into account? 

We recommend you to make a return with a tracking number to ensure the proper reception of it. 

The refund period is maximum 10 days from receipt your package. 

If you want a different model, another color, or a new size you just need to reorder on our e-shop. 

You can also make a refund or exchange in our shop. It will be done via the payment module of our e-shop and not in cash or on your credit card directly. 

During the sales period, we don't proceed of a reimbursement, only exchange and credit for a periof of 1 year are accepted.
